Guarantee and payment
The balance must be paid on site, before the scheduled appointment time. Alternatively, it is possible to request a pay by link payment by writing to terme@euroterme.com
Especially in the case of a gift treatment, it will be necessary to select a usage date from the calendar, even if only indicative, and complete the request form by indicating the first and last name of the recipient.
The Treatments Office will then send an email with the pay by link; once the payment has been correctly completed, the booking voucher will be sent by email.

Beauty and thermal treatments reservations
The day and time selected for the treatments are to be considered indicative. The final confirmation will be communicated by our Reservations Office via email or phone.

Cancellation policy
Any changes or cancellations of booked treatments must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
The offer is non-refundable; however, a name change on the voucher is always permitted at no additional cost.
It is possible to change the treatment date only once, within the specified terms and in any case within 6 months from the date of purchase.
