Information & Terms

Hotel Stays

We care about nature, which is why we kindly ask you to bring your own slippers and a personal plastic bag from home. A small gesture to help reduce the use of disposable items.

Check-in time on the day of arrival:
from 14:00 – the pool can only be used after this time.
Check-out time on the day of departure: by 11:00.

The hotel call center is open from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM – +39 0543 911414 – press 1

The call center for treatment bookings is open every day from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM – +39 0543 911414 – press 3

For all full board rates, the meal plan begins with dinner on the day of arrival. All meals are included until lunch on the day of departure. It is possible to start with lunch on the day of arrival by paying a supplement of EUR 10.00 per person. To start full board with Sunday lunch, in addition to the supplement, advance booking is required at least 24 hours prior by emailing info@euroterme.com. In this case, starting with lunch, all meals will be included until breakfast on the day of departure.

At check-in, adults and children must present a valid ID.
You will receive wristbands to access our services and the keys to your room. A deposit will be charged to your room account and refunded once keys and wristbands are returned at check-out.

Once the cancellation/modification deadline has passed, the reservation can no longer be changed. Any additions after the deadline are subject to availability and will be quoted separately.

Euroterme is a very large property with 200 rooms and reaches maximum occupancy during weekends and holidays.

Pet Policy

Small dogs are allowed (max 10 kg) only in specific room categories. No other pets are permitted.

In compliance with health protocols, pets are not allowed in the pool area, thermal treatment department or wellness centre. Limited availability, reservation required.

Surcharge for Classic and Superior Room (18 sqm): € 15.00 per night, per room – maximum 1 small dog
Surcharge for Family Suite (38 sqm): € 25.00 per night, per room, per dog – maximum 2 small dogs

Availability of PET rooms must be checked at the time of request.
The fee includes a bowl, a dog bed and room sanitation/cleaning.

Promotional Policies, Discounts and Agreements

In order to ensure maximum transparency, Ròseo Euroterme distinguishes its rates based on payment conditions, flexibility, and applicable benefits.

“Book and Pay Now / Smart Non-Refundable Rate”

The Smart non-refundable rate is a rate already discounted at source and is reserved exclusively for bookings with immediate payment by credit card.
This rate type does not allow cancellations or changes and, due to advance payment and lack of flexibility, does not provide for the application of additional discounts or benefits.

Contracted rates – Companies, affiliated portals, associations and CRAL

Contracted rates are dedicated agreements that provide a reserved discount, applicable exclusively to flexible rates, i.e. rates that allow cancellation or modification in accordance with the applicable policies and payment under standard conditions. These agreements do not include or contemplate non-refundable rates with immediate payment.

Promotions and special offers

All promotions, special offers and promotional rates offered by Ròseo Euroterme (including, by way of example, Last Minute offers, Early Booking offers or dedicated packages) are not cumulative with additional discounts, agreements or benefits, unless otherwise expressly stated.

Discount combinability

Discounts cannot be combined. Rates that are already promotional or discounted, including Smart non-refundable rates, cannot benefit from further reductions, including those provided by agreements or other forms of discount.

Food & Beverage

Please note that access to the Restaurant for lunch and dinner is not permitted while wearing a bathrobe and slippers.

Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:30 (last entrance)
Lunch is served from 12:15 to 13:45 (last entrance)
Dinner is served from 19:15 to 20:45 (last entrance)

External guests:
Breakfast is available at the price of € 10.00 per person
Lunch and/or dinner is available at the price of € 36.00 per person
For guests combining access to the thermal pool or the Spa circuit, the price for lunch and/or dinner is € 30.00 per person
For children aged 2 to 9 years inclusive, the price for lunch and/or dinner is € 18.00 per child

City Tax

EUR 2.00 per person, per night - adults only

Hotel Parking

Euroterme has installed a parking access control system with license plate recognition: it is important to provide your vehicle’s license plate number at the time of booking or complete the web check-in invitation that you will receive by email a few days before your stay.

Thermal Pool

OPENING HOURS FOR HOTEL GUESTS: Monday to Thursday from 9:30 AM to 10:00 PM – Friday and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 10:45 PM – Sunday from 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM

OPENING HOURS FOR NON-HOTEL GUESTS: Monday to Sunday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

For access to the thermal pool, we recommend bringing plastic slippers, a swimming cap, and a locker padlock from home.

Access to the pool is only permitted if wearing slippers and a swimming cap.

The bathrobe is one-size and provided only to adult guests. Upon departure, please leave the bathrobes in your room. If you need to keep them to continue your experience in the pool, simply inform reception. A €10 cash deposit per person will be required and refunded upon return.

Children access
Pool entry is also allowed for children.
We recommend short, alternated baths and to avoid hydro-massage jets.
All children wearing diapers, even swim diapers, may only use the outdoor children's pool.

Pregnant women
A prior consultation with your doctor is recommended, informing them of the characteristics of the thermal waters.

Wellness & Thermal Treatments – Reservations

The availability of treatments on site is never guaranteed and depends on existing reservations. We recommend booking treatments as early as possible by sending an email to terme@euroterme.com.
