CHILDREN'S ACCESS TO SPA POOL
Children are allowed to enter the pool.
We recommend short and intermittent baths, away from the whirlpool jets.
For children under the age of 3, it is mandatory to wear swim diapers.
PREGNANT WOMEN: TREATMENTS AND SPA POOL
We recommend consulting your primary care physician in advance, providing the characteristics of the thermal waters listed below.
THERMAL WATERS
Our thermal waters are medium-mineral, hyperthermal (45°C at the source), bicarbonate-alkaline sulfur. The temperature of the thermal pools at Euroterme is 36/37°C.
HOTEL STAYS
For all rates with full board, the treatment will start with dinner on the day of arrival. All meals will be included until lunch on the day of departure. It is possible to start with lunch on the day of arrival only by paying an extra EUR 10.00 per person. To start with Sunday lunch, in addition to paying the extra fee, a reservation is mandatory with a minimum advance notice of 24 hours to the email info@euroterme.com. In this case, starting the service with lunch includes all meals until breakfast on the day of departure.

- Bathrobes are provided only to adult guests and only if provided by the booking conditions. No children's sizes or plus sizes.

- Activities and events for children are only available if included in promotional packages.
RESTAURANT
Kindly note that it is not possible to enter the restaurant in bathrobes and slippers for lunch and dinner.
PETS
Small dogs (max 10kg) are allowed only in certain room categories. Other pets are not allowed.
In compliance with health protocols, they are not allowed in the restaurant, pool, thermal treatments area, and wellness center. Limited availability, reservation required.
Supplement for Classic and Superior Rooms (18 sqm): € 15.00 per night, per room - maximum 1 small dog
Supplement for Family Suite (38 sqm): € 25.00 per night, per room, per small dog - maximum 2 small dogs
The fee includes a bowl, a kennel, and room sanitation/cleaning.
SINGLE ROOM
Upon request and subject to availability.
DEPOSIT - WHEN REQUIRED
The reservation must be confirmed with a deposit of a variable amount based on the number of nights booked (to be sent within 7 days from the date of reservation).
In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.

The reserved room will be available on the day of arrival from 14:00 and on the day of departure until 11:00.
The pool will be available from 14:00 on the day of arrival until 14:00 on the day of departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The specific conditions stated in the reservation confirmation apply.
TAXES
The rate does not include the tourist tax (EUR 2.00 per person, per night - adults only).
NO SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel.
